How to sort the graph based on closest gap to threshold value

i have two measure using in the 3

 

Measure one : (column value)

net order new = CALCULATE(SUM('1 Repurchased Parts'[Net Order Value in '000 USD]),USERELATIONSHIP('1 Repurchased Parts'[Plant],'Full List'[Plnt]))



Measure two : 5 % Thershold column value  taken from FuLL list table 

 

shared axis i am using plant value from   FuLL list table 

 

Now  used all three value in the Line and stalked column chart 

 

Looks like below

Now i want to sort abovegraph based on closest gap to threshold, to have better monitoring.

 

any idea  please thanks in advance

@Anonymous , Do you have Gap meausre. You can add that measure in tooltip and that should be avaiable as sort column for axis

@Anonymous , Do you have Gap meausre. You can add that measure in tooltip and that should be avaiable as sort column for axis
