How to represent a chart with average value as well as week wise

Hi,

I have chart where i have to represent  month wise data.

In that past month data should be represented as average and present month data should be represented week wise.I have created two charts where one chart shows average of all the months and other with week wise, but i need combination in one chart only.Like for August , sep, oct it should be on bar chart which represent average of that month, and for november month it should have week wise count.

So please could any one help me with this.
