How to move some link information to another environment

Hi 

In development workspace,I have a report( say table of content) with a text box and that text box has a link which opens up an another report ( this could be done through button and weburl also but as of now I have kept the report link in text box link). 

Now I need to migrate this report to QA workspace  theough deployment pipeline. Hence the report link will change based on QA workspace. What would the best way to update the report link for different environment without touching the actual report ( text box link or button url)? Is there anyway I can have a config table or file or so and drive this link change, if yes then how can it be achievable ?

I have given an example of a text box link but there could be many more in the actual reports.
