How to make a measure summarized

I have this measure,

Gain / Loss = IF(COUNT('Sample Transactions'[Buy/sell reference])= -1, SUM('Sample Transactions'[Total Trade Price*])-SUM('Price'[PRICE] ) / SUM('Price'[PRICE]), IF(COUNT('Sample Transactions'[Buy/sell reference])=1, -1*(SUM('Sample Transactions'[Total Trade Price*])-SUM('Price'[PRICE])) / SUM('Price'[PRICE]),""))

I am not sure how to make this measure summarize since under the measure tools>properties don't have the summarize option. In order for me to put it in the card visualisation, because currently since my measure is not summarized, the card indicates blank visualisation.

Can someone help me? Thank in advance!

Hi @camelia_,

You may try create a new measure to complete the summarize for you.

Summarized_Gain/Loss = SUMX('Sample Transactions',[ConditionalSum])
