How to keep the same Y-line value when changing combo chart filter

Hello, I have a graph combining column (proficiency) with line (goal proficiency).

However, I want to show the proficiency of several aggregates: regional, municipality, etc., in comparison to the proficiency target
that is the state. When I change the filter asking the columns to show county proficiency, the row with the target disappears. How do I solve this?

Hi @BárbaraBraga ,

Do you mean that you want to keep Y-line ignoring the control of the slcer? Definite the minimun and maximum instead of "auto".

If I misunderstood your requirement, please provide some sample data (exclude sensitive data) with Text format and your expected result with screenshot. It is better if you can share a simplified pbix file. Thank you.
