How to identify and clear a circular dependency?

I have a column I am trying to formulate and I get a circular dependency error on Calculated Column 'B' :

Column = SWITCH(
    TRUE(),
    'Table 1'[A] = "Y",0,
    'Table 1'[B] = "%BANANA%" && 'Table 1'[B]<2,2,
    'Table 1'[B] = "%CUCUMBER%" && 'Table 1'[B]<1,1
    BLANK()
    )

The calculateD column it is referencing is:

B = SWITCH (
    TRUE(),
    [C]1 && ABS([D]) <= .70[E],
    [C]1 && ABS([D]) > .70MIN(208MAX([E][E])),
    [F] < .103,
    [F] < .102,
    [F] < .101,
    ABS([D]) <= .70[E],
    ABS([D]) > .70MAX([E][E))

A,C,D,E,F are all measures.  If the dependency is 'B', how do I clear it?

You cannot (should not) calculated columns from measures. There's no filter context.

You can avoid circular references by pushing the calculation up into Power Query.

unfortunately not possible due to need for manual input by the end user.  I've seen some articles referencing using filter in the calculated column to remedy, but not sure I understand how it works for my instance?

When I formulated B as a measure and attempted to use it in simple table visual, I get the "exceeded the available resources" message.
