How to get summarize value from different table

I have three different sheet like  Actuals, M1Data ,M3 Data.   actuals data be like    Market  cat .des   version  Month  SPDCODE   Actuals  ITG5         4             MK         JAN        001 ...

Like Anonymous suggested.... Do this in Power query... by Merging the tables.
