How to get an exact value Percentage. It shows 100% instead of 99.99

Actual load = 157131

GLP=157129

% = 99.99

My measures:

Actual Load % difference from GLP = SUM(OB_Flights[Actual Load])/SUM(OB_Flights[GLP])*100

You can try the following measure

Measure = ROUNDDOWN(157129/157131,4)
