How to exclude blank spaces in matrix

My english is not good but I really need some help.

I have a matrix problem, some rows of my model are showing blank spaces, I wanna put then off, but I can't.

I have already try filter then in the filter page, not showing results.

All the rows and colluns that are with blank spaces I do not want to have.

@Dieison , In your data I do no see a completely blank row or column , does this means any blank should remove the complete row and column.

In this case you will not get any data in this matrix

When I said that "not showing results" in fact nothing happens when I filter, no result is filter, what I'm trying to show is the clients with recurring purchases, but the matrix are showing this blank spaces that I don't wanna.
