How to efficiently filter multiple values in a Power BI slicer without selecting each one manually?

Hi all,

Is there a user-friendly way for end-users of a Power BI report to filter for 30+ values in a slicer without having to select each one individually?

Thanks in advance! 😊

Hello @apohl1

Consider using 'Smart Filter Pro' by (OKViz), which allows copy/paste of multiple values.

Thank you. It seems like a great alternative but unfortunately it comes with a cost. I was looking for a free alternative. But I will accept the solution.

Thanks! This way I'm aware of. Ideally if there would be a way to input several values in the search box but it doesn't seem to work..

Hi @apohl1

not as fare as i Know bout you can enable the text search if the values are text, and search on a smaller subset

But for selection, you need to do it manually (with CTRL for multi select)

At least that's all I know

If this helped, please consider giving kudos and mark as a solution
