here is a workaround for you.
create measure
Measure = year(max('Table'[date]))then go to the color settingthen set up the conditional formatting

Hi ryan_mayu Thanks! But what if my Year is Fiscal Year? Now it is showing for 2024 but not for Fiscal Year.... Please help me

You can do the similar way. Is the month and year from date table? Are they fiscal year and month?
Maybe just add the fiscal yar to the conditional format setting and set to 2024.
if still not work, pls provide some sample data.

I have linked the actual date to the Dates table which is shown below.
When i try to add the Fiscal Year it always show as a SUM which is incorrect
