How to count records based on a dimension that is written as a measure rather than a column.

Hi,

I am stuck when trying to build out some call out cards that will show me the count of specific measures not being blank.

For context, I have data with Latest MQL Date, first email and first call datetime and I am trying to measure how many have of these MQLs have been called within 60 minutes vs how many have been called outside of 60 minutes. Same for emails - how many were emailed within 16 minutes, vs how many took longer. I am struggling to do this using a measure. I think I need Variables and filters on table but not too sure how to do it.

Any help would be appreciated.

Here is where I got to so far. I could get to count minutes to send email and call. But struggling now to show call out cards with how many were called within 60 minutes and how many were emailed within 16 minutes etc.

Desired outlook would have more measures to show Email within 16 mins, and Call within 60 minutes as integer for me to be able to call it out on card views.

Thanks for your help in advance.
