How to compare CUSTOMDATA() returning multiple values to an RLS table's numeric column in DAX?

  I have an table "Department" with a numeric column "ID" used for RLS. And my CUSTOMDATA() returns the following string: "1,2,5". How can I compare the two?

this should work for a string

CONTAINSSTRING(CUSTOMDATA(), 'Department'[ID])
