How to 2 values in 1 graph using DAX
I would like to have a graph with 2 lines that show - month on x-as - amount of times that in that months a document was created. See the table attached. I am struggling to get it in 1 graph....

In that case you could add Year to the x-axis and then drill down using the two arrows in the picture:

To create a graph like the one you described just place values similarly to this picture:
In your case, I suggest having a calendar table and placing a month column from there to the axis. Additionally, since you are interested in how many documents were created you can use COUNT as the aggregation instead of SUM. You could make measures for document creation planned vs actual and use those. So, e.g. Measure1 = COUNT('Table'[IFC Plan]).
