Just create a measure to count rows and a column to calculate total value, as the following shows:
countrows = CALCULATE(COUNTROWS('Table'),FILTER(ALL('Table'),'Table'[item]=SELECTEDVALUE('Table'[item])))Total = 'Table'[value]*[countrows]You can also refer to my pbix file for better understanding.

concatenatex (values(table[Project]) , calculate([Count meausre] & " " & Max(table[Project]) & " " & [Other measure], " ; ")
You can use unichar(10) for the new line. You can display it on card visual
