How can I dynamically update Stacked column chart?

Hi

I used Microsoft SharePoint as source and also I used Unpivot Columns for my data.In the picture you can see my data was update "A","B".

But whenever I update my data I see like this

As you can see "KW27" show wrong value it is more than 54k and also you can see two new columns.

What should I do for showing right value for every update I mean dynamically and also I don't want to see new columns in every time update.
