How To Retain Pivot Chart Title and Format

I have a situation where if a pivot chart has no value to display based on slicer selection, the chart goes completely blank including no chart title and when it reverts back, the format of the chart is lost. 

Is there a way to retain the Chart Title even if there is no value to display? And also, to retain format when there is value to display on chart??
