I've made a test for your reference:
1\Create a new table (Table)
Table = DISTINCT(SELECTCOLUMNS(DIM_TIPO_PLATAFORMA_3,DIM_TIPO_PLATAFORMA_3[NOMBRE3]))2\Create relation ship with Table and DIM_TIPO_PLATAFORMA_3
3\Add asilcer
4\Filter on NOMBRE4
