Hide duplicates in a matrix

Hi Power BI Forums,

I'm currently creating a matrix which has 2 fields in the rows, allowing it to have a drop down feature. Currently I have 2 fields in the values. However, once I expand the drop down, the grand totals are showing as needed, but the rows in the drop-down are also showing the grand total, making it a confusing visual to read. How can I get rid of the repeated totals in the drop-down so that they can be viewed as a whole in the grand totals?

Here is a screenshot for reference:

Hi @alex9999 ,

In order to give you a suitable solution, could you please provide some sample data which involve in the matrix visual (exclude sensitive data) with Text format and the Fields setting of matrix visual? As checked the screenshot, it seems that the field Approved and Actual_Spend exist duplicated values. Are they measures or the aggregation values of fact fields in the table? If they are measures, please provide their DAX formula. It is better if you can share a simplified pbix file. You can refer the following link to upload the file to the community. Thank you.
