Hi folks,
I'm dealing with Robot log/Queue log data for a RPA solution. Each Case ID usually is unique/distinct and shows up only once UNLESS the robot has to retry a transaction. If a bot retries a transaction, a new line item is added which states the case ID and 'retry' under status. Therefore, anything that was retried would have duplicate Case ID in the case ID column.
At the end of all retries, the CASE ID will either end up Successful or Failed. How can I retrieve the MAX date Status of Case ID that had once had a retry line item? How do I approach this?
@Anonymous This sounds like Lookup Min/Max to me: https://community.powerbi.com/t5/Quick-Measures-Gallery/Lookup-Min-Max/m-p/985814#M434
