You can accomplish this with the line and clustered bar chart visual.

  1. Change to chart line and clustered bar chart

  2. Add the percent to the line field. You can simply re-add Headcount and change to show as % of total

  3. Then, assuming you don't actually want the line showing, change the stroke width to 0 in the format options

Edit: Additional display setting considerations. For more consistent positioning, you can change Secondary y-axis > Range > Minimum to 0 and set Data label > Options > Position (column) to Inside end. And for cleaner style, it also makes sense to hide the secondary axis (turn off title and overall axis after setting minimum) and legend.

All you need to do is add whatever measure or column with %s to the Tooltips field. Or by "tooltips" do you actually mean "data labels" (e.g. the numbers inside your bars rather than what is displayed in flyout when you hover on a bar)?

Thank you for returning,

what I want is to display the value in the bars in decimal and in percentage.

In this case is what I have to calculate a function (total percentage)?
