Help with calculation measure please

Hello, i am struggling with a measure(s). 

[hours audit] = CALCULATE([Total Hours], 'Time Utilization'[Stage] = "F&A-TE-Audit")

[Expected Hourly Audit] = SWITCH( SELECTEDVALUE( 'Auditor Names'[Title]), "Officer", 65, "Asst. Officer", 65, 60)

essentially, [Total Line Items Audit Target] should be [Hours Audit] * [ Expected Hourly Audit] .

the total numbers are not making sense :(. 

i would like the [expected hourly audit] to average out. 

the [Total line Items Audit Target] is one digit off. Total should be 58326. 

If i divide [Total Line Items Audits], [Hours Audit] i am getting 64.12. 

Please help me make sense on it. Thank you
