Step1: Create a Category table, and sort Category name by sort column(Column tools > Sort By Column).
Step2 :
Create this measure
Measure By Category =VAR _SelCategory = SELECTEDVALUE(Categody[Sort])RETURN IF(_SelCategory = 1, [POVERTY REDUCTION], IF(_SelCategory = 2, [DESEASE REDUCTION], [UNEMPLOYMENT REDUCTION]))Step3 : In a Stacked Column chart, drop Category on X-Axis and New Measure on Y-Axis.Hope this helps.
