Help with TOPN DAX measure.

I have created below DAX formula, whihc was working fine but wants to exclude "OTHER" from top for reporting column" but add it in "others" bucket. edited current formula but getting an error "The True/False expression does not specify a column. Each True/False expressions used as a table filter expression must refer to exactly one column".
