You can try this

Last 3 Months Sales = 
VAR _MaxDate = CALCULATE(MAX('Table'[Fecha]), ALLEXCEPT('Table', 'Table'[Producto]))

RETURN
CALCULATE (
    SUM('Table'[Valor]),
    DATESINPERIOD('Table'[Fecha], _MaxDate, -3, MONTH),
    ALLEXCEPT('Table', 'Table'[Producto])
)
