HELP WITH DAX

Hi all,

I have a table with employee, exam, date of exam and type of exam.

I need to program the next exam for each employer. Each employer has to do a new exam past 1 year of the last.

So, I use the data of exam and sum 12 moths to get a new data. Like exemple below:

emplyer	date of exam	type	next exam
Leonardo	05/04/2024	blood	05/04/2025
Rafael	05/04/2022	blood	05/04/2023
Rafael	05/04/2023	blood	04/04/2024
Rafael	05/04/2024	blood	05/04/2025

My trouble is: I need the calculate the next Rafael's exam only based the last date.

The correct result is:

employee	date of exam	type	next exam
Leonardo	05/04/2024	blood	05/04/2025
Rafael	05/04/2022	blood
Rafael	05/04/2023	blood
Rafael	05/04/2024	blood	05/04/2025

How can I do it on Power BI?

I tried that solucion and worked!
I dont know many dax that you use, like: INDEX, EDATE...

You may try the following calculated column 

next exam =
IF (
'Table'[date of exam]
= CALCULATE (
MAX ( 'Table'[date of exam] ),
ALLEXCEPT ( 'Table', 'Table'[employee], 'Table'[type] )
),
EDATE ( 'Table'[date of exam], 12 )
)
