Group By basis Sr No

I have a data set (Image 1) and  I have 2 expectations 1.Group them basis Country and assign same SR Number to one cluster as mentioned in Expected  Result 2.Assign the cluster TRUE/FALSE basisthe product value ,for example if  USA has diff product so it is FALSE ,India has same product so it is trueI have a data set (Image 1) and I have 2 expectations 1.Group them basis Country and assign same SR Number to one cluster as mentioned in Expected Result 2.Assign the cluster TRUE/FALSE basisthe product value ,for example if USA has diff product so it is FALSE ,India has same product so it is true

S. No = Rankx(Table, [Min Value], ,asc,dense)
