@Anonymous , add an index column in the power query - Power Query- Index Column: https://youtu.be/NS4esnCDqVw

New dax column =

Min Value = minx(filter(table, [country] = earlier([country]) ), [Index])

S. No = Rankx(Table, [Min Value], ,asc,dense)

True/False =

var _cnt = countx(filter(Table,[country] = earlier([country]) && [prod] <> earlier([prod]) ), [prod])

return

if(isblank(_cnt), true(), false())
