Getting incorrect totals on matrix table
I have used the following dax measure:
DEFINE
VAR VPointsMS = 20
VAR VMScore =
SUMMARIZE (
FactCallData,
"VScore",
COUNTROWS (
FILTER (
FactTable,
FactTable[Details.score]
|| FactTable[Captured.score]
|| FactTable[RecordDetails.score]
|| FactTable[Record.score] > 0
)
) / [Total VMS]
)
VAR VMNormal = ( [VMScore] * [VPointsMS] ) / 100
EVALUATE
{ VMNormal }
I am getting the following results as totals which is incorrect it is supposed to be 19.32%, may someone kindly advise, what I am doing wrong?

Hi Anonymous ,
You can create another new measure as below and put this new measure to replace the original measure onto the matrix visual. Later check if it can return the correct total values...
New Measure = SUMX ( VALUES ( FactCallData[Matrix rows field] ), [orignal measure] )In addition, you can refer the following links to try to solve your problem...

Dax for Power BI: Fixing Incorrect Measure Totals
If the above one can't help you, could you please provide some raw data in your table 'FactCallData' (exclude sensitive data) with Text format, your matrix Fields settings and your expected result with backend logic and special examples? It would be helpful to find out the solution. You can refer the following links to share the required info:

And It is better if you can share a simplified pbix file. You can refer the following link to upload the file to the community. Thank you.
