Getting Top 5 base on DAX measure

saud968 very hard to tell by looking at the measure, share pbix file with sample data, and removing sensitive information before sharing.

    parry2k so I figured out the ranking and based on the ranking i changed the   [Rank PCM Simple] <= 3 from this to   [Rank PCM Simple] <= 20 and I got top 5. However, I want to add the survey count to be ranked as well. There is measure for the same as total response count.
