Get the dynamic comparable spend based on common value on selected years

Hello,  I just want to request any help on how can I create a report that will show the comparable spend = Site Id & Internal Part Number combination between two selected years.   On below example...

Thank you lbendlin ! Is there a way to make it dynamic? Like let's say on my screenshot, I have 2 year filters and I can compare 2022 to 2024 using the filters.

yes, change the measure to grab the MIN year and then compare to that.

    Hi, I am aiming to add these three metrics and hopefully you can help me to add
