Table:

 Employee ID Gender Level 1001 Female 7 1002 Female 8 1003 Male 8 1004 Female 8 1005 Female 7 1006 Male 7 1007 Male 8 1008 Female 7 1009 Male 7 1010 Female 8 1011 Male 8

not sure if i fully get you, tried to make it with standard native stacked bar chart.

1) enrich you data as:

``Level2 = IF([Gender]="Female", -[Level], [Level])``

2) write two measure like:

``````Female = CALCULATE(SUM(TableName[Level2]), TableName[Gender]="Female")
Male = CALCULATE(SUM(TableName[Level2]), TableName[Gender]="Male")``````
3) plot the measures with department column like this:
Hi @Vishal7012 ,
In the given shape, AFAIK, it is not possible to do with Power BI native visuals. You may want to try it with custom visuals on app source.
After some calculations, One such visual you may utilise: https://appsource.microsoft.com/en-us/product/power-bi-visuals/yavdaanalyticspvtltd1628223732998.pop...
Thanks,
