Gap between actual and target in matrix table

Hello everyone
I am trying to build a matrix report based on 3 tables
which calculates the actual compared to the target.
It totally messed me up.
I would appreciate it if someone could help me with this.
Thank youCapture.JPG

Hey
thank you very much for your answer.
I did everything according to your recommendation.
Everything is going fine until I add meazure which calculates the gap between the actual sales and the target sales.

Hey
Let's start with the first problem
When I bring the data of targets to the matrix table, duplicates are created. I want each client to have one line with the actual sales against the targets.
Thank youQ1.2.JPG
