From & To Date columns based filter the count

Hello Team.,

If u don't mind can u please look here. only Power BI Dax

Column 1- date values

Also column 2- date values only

Note: coulmn 1 & coulmn 2 date are different date

Column 3- 'open' and 'close' text. Ok

Let we want to filter two conditions based ...

M1=calculate( count( 

column 1) ,Filter column 3 ="close"))

M2=calculate( count( 

column 2) , Filter column 3 ="open")))

Percentage.

M3=M1/(M1+M2)

So For here.

I want find percentage me based above dax format.

Major issues is those date columns are different.

I can't make any user relationship here.

Also 

I have a date calendar table,here the thing is when I click date in slicer based my date selection percentage need to change by which is here apply dax condition..

I was tried that thing it was reflecting wrong value!!!

So guy's can please help expedite support here..
