Forward weeks of supply formula

Hi guys, new to DAX and I was wondering if you could help me with a formula.

I have the following table and a measure called Stock Value which is lets say 420,000

Projected Sales              Start of Week

1850                                16/10/2023
2200                                23/10/2023

3300                                30/10/2023

4400                                 6/11/2023

I want to create a formula that would return me the number of weeks where the stock value is less than the cummulative sum of sales with the current week being the first week.

Basically the weeks of cover based on the forecasted sales.

Any ideas on how to achieve this will be highly appreciated. Thank you
