Format with dot as thousands separator and comma as decimal separator

Hi guys, I would like to convert the format as shown above... i start with comma thousands separator and dot as decimal separator... i want the opposite

Your regional settings determine what character is used as the thousands separator. 

You can consider using the Format() function to implement it, but it ends up in text formatting

Here are the steps you can follow：

1. Create calculated column.

var _hundreds=ROUNDDOWN(MOD('Table'[Column1],1000),0)
var _decimal=ROUND(MOD('Table'[Column1],1),1) * 10
return
