First and Last Name Order

I have a column containing first and last names but the order is not consistant, sometimes the order is Last Name First Name and sometimes the order is Fist Name Last Name (eg. Hoyer Prue and Prue Ho...

Hi, I am not sure if I understood your question correctly, but one of ways to add [Reorder Name] column is doing this in Power Query Editor.
Please check the below picture and the attached pbix file.
