Find the Employee status

Hi Everyone!,

This is Vijay and a newbie to this forum.

I have an employee processing table in which fields have [Start Time] and [End Time] of jobs.

I need to know whether the employee working on the job or Idle (or) not. I have tried to write the Dax but it getting the wrong answer to me.

Could anyone please help me?

Active Status = Employee started the job and the End Time must be null

IDle status = Employee completed the job but not yet started the job

SingOut = total working hours [ Max(End Time)-MIN(Start Time) ]  is greater than 480 mins

LoginOn : MIN(Start Time)

LastActive : Max(End Time)

Designer Status =

How can somebody have completed the job without starting it?

Thank you for your prompt response.

Sorry for that mistakenly I wrote that and  actual text was

"IDle status = Employee completed the job but not yet started the next job in his queue"

Basically, this is the image editing job and all the files were added in the Designer Queue.

Designers start the job one by one.
