Fill in missing data in a column chart

Hi Power BI community, 

I am looking to create a column chart where months without data (for the rest of this year, June July Aug etc., for example) take the data of the same month from the previous 2 years. I should though be able to identify that the "data plug" is from the past two years. The chart should look like the below. The pink bars are plugging the missing data for 2023. 

I have a sample data in this pbix file.
