Hi,
This is the data set i have, i have sample data of current data set and the to be data set i want which would solve my problem.

Also Anonymous , the project O is the calculated column. I can't use the Query editor to merge them. I want a dax which would help me with, if the O number from the project column is equal to O number in Project O column, i want the selected columns from the O number Project - Row to the C number Project - row.
