FX Rate Lookup

I need to lookup an FX rate base on two parameters; 1) 'Acct'[CurrencyID], 2) 'Position'[Date]

'FX Rate'[Rate]

'FX Rate'[CurrencyID]

'FX Rate'[Date]

'Lookup Currency'[CurrencyID]

'Acct'[CurrencyID]

'Position'[Date]

I thought to use LOOKUPVALUE or CALCULATE both with no success, can someone help.
