FILTER con varias condiciones de diferentes tablas

Buenos días,

Necesitaría añadir varias condiciones en un FILTER de diferentes tablas, concretamente:

Altas Lineas =
    CALCULATE(
         COUNT(Telef[lineadetelefono]),
          FILTER(
Telef,
Telef[fecha_inserccion] <= MAX('Calendario'[Fecha]) &&
OR (Telef[fecha_baja] > MAX('Calendario'[Fecha]), OR (ltelefonia[fecha_baja] = BLANK(), ISBLANK(Telef[fecha_baja])))&&
(ALL(Calendario), (Calendario[Fecha].[Año]=SELECTEDVALUE(Calendario[Fecha].[Año]) && Calendario[Mes Num]=SELECTEDVALUE(Calendario[Mes Num])-1))))

Gracias por la ayuda
