    Alicia83B , you can use removefilters or all

    ISBLANK([Total Closed Won Opps]),

    BLANK(),

    RANKX ( ALL ( 'Employees Activity'[Full Name] ), calculate([Total Closed Won Opps], all(Table[Column])  ) )

amitchandak  This did not work. I got a red swiggly line as soon as I added everything after the , all(Table[Column])  ) )

I think he's just missing a final closing parenthesis. Oh, and replace Table[Column] with whatever filtering you want to ignore.
