    Just add 0 like:

    =
SUMX (
    Schedule,
    SUMX (
        FILTER (
            Hours,
            Hours[Schedule ID] = Schedule[Schedule ID]
                && Hours[Date] >= Schedule[From Date]
                && Hours[Date] <= Schedule[To Date]
                && NOT ( Hours[Date] IN VALUES ( Holidays[Date] ) )
        ),
        Hours[Hours]
    )
) + 0
