Error: Cannot convert value of type text to type True/False

Hi,

I created a measure where I am trying to calculate the number of calls per agent with the following formula:

No. of Abandoned Calls = CALCULATE(COUNT('Abandoned Calls'[Waiting Time]),'Abandoned Calls'[Agent])

but when I put the measure into a matrix visual, I am getting an error telling me that it cannot convert the text to true/false.

Can anyone help me?

hi @MannyJ

Just try like:
No. of Abandoned Calls =
COUNT('Abandoned Calls'[Waiting Time])

Hi @FreemanZ I tried that previously but then it returns the same result for each agent which it shouldn't be. Each agent should have varying amounts of abandoned calls
