Enable or Disable slicer on the basis of selection

Hey all, 
I have two slicer one is top division and second is flag.
My question is ----
If i am selecting Actimize then the flag slicer will be enabled that means we can select the value in the flag slicer. But if I am selecting Public safety then flag slicer should be disable that means we cannot select anything the the flag slicer.
Note: Both fields are in the separate table.

Please try to:

1. Select a visualization to make it active.

2. Select Format > Edit interactions.

3. Power BI adds filter and no impact icons to all of the other visualizations on the report page.

Hi,

Here is one way to do this:

Add a new table:

Create relationship:s

Create field parameter:

Place the parameter into slicer and select this:

Place values from the created new table to other slicer:

Now selecting division from slicer 1 slicer 2 is filtered:

Structure of my dataset is different. I am not able to create the relationship between Flag table with the Table (16). Is there any other solution?
