Employee Turnover DAX Calculation

I am trying to calculate employee turn over rate using the following formula

Emp Turnover Rate = # of Leavers in a specific period / Average headcount in same period of time

Please someone help with this DAX formula.

Any Employee with no end date means that they are still currently active
