Dynamic title

Good morning dear. I need very urgently, to know if there is a possibility in Power Bi in the December 2019 version of the issue of using a dynamic title. But NOT the dynamic title that can be added...

you can have dynamic title in cards only.

You can't have dynamic title of visual right now.
