Dynamic ranking with selected filter

When a country is selected, a detail table is displayed regarding the ranking of the selected country and the 4 competitors (2 preceding the rank and 2 following) for the Total Risk Score indicator.
How can I create a dynamic ranking?
This is the desired example:
