    Hi DW868990 ,

    You can create a measure as below to get it by using CONCATENATEX function , please find the details in the attachment.

    Title = 
CONCATENATEX (
    ALLSELECTED ( 'Table' ),
    'Table'[Response],
    ",",
    'Table'[Ranking], ASC
)
