Dynamic Columns?

I know columns cannot be recalculated so I'm wondering if there is a work around 
I have a measure the calculates sum of sales at a given time (given time is based on users parameter selection)
and i want to use that measure inside a column but obviously i'm getting blank values due to my measure relying on the parameters is there a work around for this?
